We ship worldwide! Not all countries are served at the moment, so please do contact us if your country is not listed. We will be happy to give you a shipping price for your specific country and whether you will need an additional insurance or tracking services.

Important! Please add the invoice number to your payment info!
We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment, so this may take up to 3 days depending on your bank.


By placing an order you are accepting the following conditions:

  • All orders will be shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post. (or if requested by FedEx or UPS for high value items!)
  • Payments must be completed within 5 days, otherwise the purchase will be cancelled.
  • Items will not be shipped before the full payment has been marked as “Completed”.
  • Orders paid via PayPal or with credit cards will only be shipped to the address stated in buyer’s PayPal or credit card account.
  • Seller cannot be made responsible for delivery delays after an order has been marked as “Shipped”.
  • Buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes due on goods purchased. All purchases will include an invoice showing the correct amount paid for the item.
  • An optional insurance fee for international orders exceeding CHF 499.00 is recommended but not required.



Goods returns or refunds are possible under the following conditions:

  • Item sent was the wrong version or simply the wrong item.
  • Item was damaged in transport (should not happen due to our professional packaging). Photo proof must be submitted.
  • If a new item has a production defect (please contact us with the description of the defect).

We will refund the full paid amount including shipping, but the buyer has to pay the costs for the return shipping.

  • All packaging and boxes used for shipping are made specifically for the item you are buying.
  • If necessary, the boxes will be enforced with additional material to prevent damage to the records.
  • The packages are also marked with "Fragile" and (when applicable) "Protect from Sun/heat" labels
  • All used records will include a new protective plastic outer sleeve.
  • All used vinyl records are shipped with the record housed in a new poly-lined inner sleeve outside its original cover in order to prevent damage. If you wish, we can also ship new records this way, so ask us beforehand.
