The EU is implementing multiple new complicated and unreasonable requirements for online sales and imports of goods into the EU. These requirements are practically impossible for a small business like ours to fulfil, we are therefore ending all sales to EU countries per 31.10.2026. We sincerely apologize for this decision and ask our customers for understanding. This unfortunate situation with the new EU regulations is affecting many businesses, both inside and outside the EU, and we do really hope that the EU reconsider these policies that are negatively impacting online sales for many small and medium sized businesses, including those within the EU.
We sincerely regret this decision as it impacts our business negatively. Unfortunately, the EU is making it practically impossible for small businesses to continue selling online to countries within the European Union. We hope to resume selling to EU countries again soon when things are a bit clearer.
